AIMS OF THE SUBJECT

The course focuses on managerial and regulatory practices to effectively develop customer relationships and customer service. It aims at enhancing students' understanding on strategic areas such as CRM systems, quality management and visitor management, in which managers of tourism businesses and tourism destinations must be proficient.
