In order to participate in the communication sessions, it is necessary to:

 


  • The abstract must include an initial objective or hypothesis, the methods used and the main conclusions or advances of your research. Each one of these topics should be a differentiated section. In the case of the abstracts of humanities, it will not be necessary to make an explicit distinction between these three sections (hypothesis, methods, and conclusions).


  • Write the abstract using the model you can find in the platform and applying the styles that have been defined for every text format. You must upload the full text as well as the properly formatted document in order for the abstract to be accepted.


  • The deadline for receiving the abstracts will be March 29th. All the abstracts will be evaluated by the coordinator of the specific doctoral programme and by the Modern Language Service of the university.

POSTERS (Master students)

 

In order to participate presenting a poster, it is necessary to:

 

  • Fill in THIS FORM, which must contain: name and surnames, e-mail, master in which you are enrolled, title of your poster, and abstract of maximum 150 words.

 

  • The abstract (150 words) must include an initial objective or hypothesis, the methods used and the main conclusions or advances of the research. Each one of these topics should be a differentiated section. Each one of these topics should be a differentiated section. In the case of the abstracts of humanities, it will not be necessary to make an explicit distinction between these three sections (hypothesis, methods and conclusions).

 

  • The deadline for receiving the abstracts is MAY THE 10th. All the abstracts will be evaluated by the coordinator of the specific master program.


  • The posters will be exhibited during all days of the conference (from June 4th to 7th), but each author must be with his poster during the coffee break on Tuesday, June 4th (from 11h to 12h aprox.) to facilitate more information about the work presented to all those who might be interested in it.
