AIMS OF THE SUBJECT

Understanding tourism organisations' strategic communication with external and internal stakeholders.

The course introduces central organizational and communication theories that offer insight into the characteristics of internationally oriented tourism organizations' communication. Furthermore, communication strategies and implementation in relation to the organizations' stakeholders and the alignment with organizational goals are discussed and compared to extant theory.
