Place of work:

Group of Environmental Physics
Department of Physics
University of Girona

Professional experience:

Professor and researcher.

Topics of interest:

Solar total and solar UV radiations; cloud detection; effects of clouds and aerosols on solar radiation.

Active research projects:

Adaptation mechanisms of the mediterranian species to UV-B radiation and its importance in reducing the availability of water as a consequence of this change (2006-2010).

Clouds and climate change: insolation and cloudiness variability and trends in the Iberian Peninsula, and measurement and modelling of the surface radiative effects of clouds (2006-2010).
