Graduate Professor of Procedural Law at the University of Girona (UofG) (Spain) and member of the General Commission of Coding in procedural materia. She belongs to the Hispanic-German Association of Jurists, to the Latin American Association of Procedural Law and the International Association of Procedural Law. She has been a Lecturing Professor at the Law School (GCPJ), and habitually participates in continued education courses for judges, magistrates and police officers. Director of Penal and Procedural Research Projects, she maintains permanent contact with European and American Universities. She is a regular collaborator with the Ministry of Education and Science (ANECA) and the Regional Ministry of the Autonomous Government of Catalonia (AGAUR), in the evaluation of research projects. She is autor of Penal and Civil Procedural Law Manuals for the Open University of Catalunya (UofC) (On-line). She is a member of the Editing Council of the publisher Marcial Pons, of the Argentenian Magazine of Penal Law and the "Legal Today".

Professor PhD, of Procedural Law at the University of Girona (UdG) and teaching consultant at the University of Catalonia (UOC). He has participated in a total of eight research projects. He has carried out various stays in Germany, the most recent of which were financed for the Von Humboldt foundation. His research projects on the legal value of the electronic signature have permitted him, among other activities, to participate as accountant for Spain in the World Congress of Procedural Law. Among the academic responsibilities that he has fulfilled, the capacity of Secretary of Department, from December 1993 until April 1999, that of Accountant of Statutory Development of the UdG (1999-2002) and that of General Secretary of the University of Girona (2001-2002), stand out. Currently, he is Director of the Department of Public Law at the University of Girona.

Penal process and European common judicial space.

The trimming of the prove in the civil process and the mechanisms to facilitate the rise of the burden of proof, specially in the antidiscriminatory Law.

Computer science and the prove. In special, the probatory value of the electronic signature.

The entailment judge to the legal fundamentation of the pretensions (the maxima "iura novit curia").

Between 2005 and 2007, she has taken part in the dean team in the Law Faculty, as Faculty Secretary.

Professor of Procedural Law at the University of Abat Oliva (Barcelona) and Consultant of Introduction of Procedural Law at the University of Catalonia (UOC), as well as Substitute Magistrate Judge of the Courts of Barcelona. While she is appointed as researcher and Professor at the University of Barcelona (1991-98), she visits different European Universities (Nimega, Holland, Munich anb Berlin) and American Universities (Toronto, Los Angeles and Leon, Nicaragua), with the aim of research and teaching. Her doctoral thesis won an exceptional award. She has combined research and teaching with the jurisdictional functions since 1997. Likewise, she holds the position of Teaching Staff Representative of CDES Abat Oliva, she was a member of the Comission of the Law Faculty Library of the University of Barcelona and she collaborates with Research Groups from the Law Faculty of Girona and of Esade.
